The Great Vintage Shirt Project - December - Last Month!
Simplicity 2195, Again
For the last month, I thought I'd pull out a pattern that I really like and make it again and in a nice crisp, white oxford with no monogram. I made this previously (in March, I think) in a white silk/cotton oxford with a red monogram.
It is all cut and ready to go:
Hopefully, I'll have some progress to share tomorrow. Once this one is done, I'll give a review of the whole project and some things I've discovered along the way.
Parting Shot: Photo Op. Normally, I am on the other side of the lens, but since my husband and I both took cameras with us when we went hiking on Saturday, he was able to get a picture of me framing up something at the summit of South Hancock.

Beautiful in those woods!
Looking forward to seeing your vintage creation. Can't have too many white blouses.
Love the hiking photo! I'm a hiker too and like to slip in a few photos of my hikeson my sewing blog.

I like the version with the overlapping pockets.
Love your vintage shirt projects. I was wondering where you find your white fabric for shirts - I am having a hard time finding nice white fabric that isn't too sheer/thin.
Beautiful pictures!
