A Piece of the Puzzle #1
Since I'm not supposed to reveal the entire quilt until later this month, starting today, I will only be able to reveal small sections. I this case, we can call them pieces of the puzzle. Here is a portion of one of the corners:
I now know where I'm headed with the quilt, I've pulled out the rest of the fabrics, and if I can get a few other projects done, I'll get this finished, too!
Parting Shot: Not Safe. Our ever curious Wellie thought that the area under the recliner would be great to explore and hide under. We do check to make sure that no cat will be harmed in the closing of the recliners!

Oh boy, you have to watch them with recliners! I used to have a sectional sofa that had recliners. Unbeknownst to us, one of our cat had climbed inside. I closed the recliner (to keep the kitties out!) and then we went on a 3-day baseball trip. Luckily, she was a fatso and lived through the ordeal. My couch, not so much.
Can I ever relate - I worry so much about squishing my furballs that I climb over the arm to get up, then check underneath before lowering the footrest. Gigi: thanks for giving me one more thing to obsessively worry about when traveling!
