Ride 'Em Cowboy - Photo Shoot

Happy Trails To You!

The outfit is complete, and that means photo shoot time! My son can be a complete camera ham, so while I don't have really great shots of the outfit (I'll do those later for show entries), I do have some interesting ones of him wearing it. Take a look.

Howdy Do, M'am.

Look Ma, fancy duds with stars and a bull!

I even got fancy boots, just fer show:

Don't you know I'm the sheriff in these here parts?

Keeping law and order with my trusty pistol. Maybe.

I'm going to blast those varmints out of there!

One tough cowboy:

Yea-Haw! (Mom is done with her photo shoot!)

Just wait till unleash him on the runway. It should be a real fun show in Nashua in November.

Parting Shot. Take Over. Look who thinks she owns the place now. Kiwi has taken to lounging in the prized spot on the ironing board. (The cats tend to think that I iron make a warm spot for them to lie down.)

What great photos! He is such a character.

Oh, he's just too cute! If I ignore the brilliance of the color, that could be photos from a ca. 1962 family photo album.... You're right, he'll be a hoot on the runway. You'll have such fun!

The cowboy outfit looks great! The Sheriff couldn't be more cute!

My cats fight over the sewing table & ironing board. Must be genetic.

I'm just sitting here smiling at the show!

I'm thinking I need to send the URL for this to my step aerobics instuctor who also does ballroom dance competitions. There's a children's division and the males HAVE to wear western wear. I'm thinking this would get high marks from the judges!!

There was a vendor there that had women's costumes for over $3,000! My eyes bugged out on THAT one. I guess they also dress the contestants on "Dancing with the Stars".

Fantastic pictures - and model.
My cat is the same, I have to cover up the ironing board to stop it getting too furry!

I don't know who's cuter...the cat or your son! Reading your posts allows me to breathe a sigh of relief when it comes to my sewing "speed bumps". Keep up the good work.

I'll tell you later Betty

I am really late to the party. I missed so much while I was out of town. Your son is so cute in the outfit. Or maybe it shouldn't be cute but something like very handsome and a rough tough sheriff too! This is definitely one of those vintage pattern outfits that just needed to be made. Thanks for sharing, it has been fun to watch.
